These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your (collectively, “User”, “Customer”, “you”, “your”) use of our (‘Golibits - Markus Paintner’; collectively, “Golibits”, “we”, “us”, “our”) website and its related services (“Website”). Please read these Terms carefully, as your use of our Website constitutes your acceptance of such. If you do not accept these Terms, please don’t use our Website.
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Please review these Terms periodically, as your continued use of our Website constitutes your continued acceptence of such updated Terms.
Purchases
In order to use our software products beyond their respective trial periods, you can purchase licenses via our web shop.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Please read and accept all their terms and conditions before making a purchase.
Upon purchase completion, you will receive a delivery email containing (1) your ordered licenses, and (2) a copy of these Terms. Furthermore, if not present yet, a user account, which the purchased licenses will be tied to, will being created for you.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your purchase for reasons such as, but not limited to, errors in prices or product descriptions, product or service availability, errors within the purchase order, or suspected fraud.
Right to withdraw (refund policy)

Refund requests are accepted up to fourteen (14) days from the date of making the purchase. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your refund request before this withdrawal period has expired.
Please provide us with the following information:
- email address (used during purchase)
- ‘transaction ID’ of your invoice
- (optionally) a reason for your refund request
Your request will be reviewed within a standard response period of 14 days. We reserve the right to extend this standard response period in period in exceptional cases with a prior notice to you. Once a refund request is processed by us, it will be forwarded to our Merchant of Record (Paddle.com) to conclude the refund. As a result of your refund request, access to the associated product licenses will be withdrawn (i.e. licenses will be revoked).
Privacy
Providing you with our Website and its related services, such as, among others, order processing, your user account and contacting us for support, requires us to process some of your personal data. Apart from mentioned third-parties, your personal data shall not be passed to any other third-parties without your explicit consent.
